Italy Mr. Francesco Grappolini 21 September 2010I am very disappointed with customer care: unrequested underinvoicing of goods making trouble to clients with import custom and accounting...unwilling to use UPS to dispatch the parcel freight collect as required... UNRELIABLE SUPPLIER!!! Will never buy again from them

As for custom duty that if your inquiry, we would like do a custonm invoice for your real order that work well to put through custom as others done.
ANd for carrier that not only suppose air express DHL, TNT or safest EMS but also Chian post.

OR freight is 5 USD via Chian post to you, ( it takes 10-30 days to you in this order and you can trace it 1-3 days later and when weight is <100g, including packing)

United States Mr. Katherine Barber 02 June 2010Can I order the PYL-O14 bracelet with only the bracelet chain and the 2 stopper beads? If so what would the price be? I would also like a necklace chain 45 cm in same style with lobster clasp and the stopper beads - what price would that be? I would order minimum quantity as a test to make sure of quality and then order more.
